Device Onboarding In DevLab

After successfully onboarding with Avnet’s IoT Partner Program, you can explore our /IOTCONNECT™ platform by leveraging DevLab from the Partner Program. With DevLab, you can create and add devices to check connectivity, dataflow and create a proof of concept for your solution before taking it to development and production.

You can access DevLab from the left menu:

 By clicking the Explore button under /IOTCONNECT™, you will be redirected to /IOTCONNECT™ DevLab.

 You can follow the four crucial steps given below to onboard your device: /IOTCONNECT™ offers you options to choose a device type, create a template for that device and choose a programming language of your choice for SDK integration. once the connection is established between your device and /IOTCONNECT™, you can see live data and historic data of your device.

You can access our /IOTCONNECT™ knowledgebase to get in-depth insights on the modules mentioned in the above image. To visit user guides, you need to click on Resources in the /IOTCONNECT™ platform side menu:

You will be redirected to the following screen:

You will be redirected to the help portal of the /IOTCONNECT™ platform.

After you have successfully onboarded your device, the next step is to determine whether you want to create SaaS app or enterprise app.
