Manage devices

This section enables you to manage your devices by selecting the relevant Product and Batch and allocating to the preferred OEM. You can view the Unique ID, Batch ID, Batch Name, Product Name, Managed and Allocated devices in this section as well as take Actions for them including tracking data changes, manage device, allocate device and delete device.

• Select the relevant product
• Select the relevant batch
• You will see the Unique ID displayed below for the device you want to manage.

 

Note: The devices managed in this module will be reflected in Production instance.

• Upon selecting the product and the batch, you can click on the Allocate to OEM button to allocate the device to a registered OEM.

Note: You can also connect your devices to ExpressConnect.

Firstly, you need to create template with Manage Template module. Import devices through Bulk Import module. The design that you want to use must be already created and published in ExpressConnect with Token authentication type.
